I'm Hazgarn. Name you see is the name you get. Mostly because my real name is a bit bland. Hazgarn is much betterer.
I came here because Onasaki said you had pie. I'm staying for the RP. The webcomic sounds interesting. I like those a lot. I'm writing one of my own, in fact. Only I couldn't find a link to it anywhere, so embarassingly enough I've yet to read it. But I plan to! I plan to.
DON'T get me involved in a discussion of paper comics. I'm liable to talk your ear off if I don't bite off your head first. I'm a rabid fan of certain things, and like most rabid fans tend to dislike being disagreed with. If you agree with me, that's even worse. Then I'll want to talk more. As fanatical as I can be in my view, though, I'm not very well read in published comics. Don't have the cash for it.
I read a lot of webcomics, mostly horror or horror/fantasy themed. I'm a HUGE horror buff. My favorite movies of all time are Dog Soldiers and Evil Dead II. Most people who like Evil Dead like Army of Darkness. I don't, that's just the way I roll. It's just a better movie. When horror and comedy mix, magic things happen. But that doesn't mean I don't also like it dark. I'm a big fan of Neil Marshall (if you've ever heard of him) film (besides Dog Soldiers) The Descent. And that's about as dark as it gets (literally). Waiting for his new movie that has half the cast of each. I personally think that's pretty cool. Anyway...
I also like Indy and metal rock and anything sci-fi. I'm obsessed with the shows Supernatural, Stargate and Heroes.
That's nutshell me. I don't mind being messaged or talked to at random, as long as you tell me where you saw me.
Welcome, you! Read the story and what not.
I really don't have much else to add... Um, enjoy the RP? _________________ _________________

Aww fine, be that way. It's not my fault Lord Sheogorath has blessed me with magical words that mean not a thing to the 'normal' people. >.>

Betterer? As in, better than better?
Well, despite your warning against it, I'm going to do it anyway. In terms of paper comics, the only ones I really read are Cable and Deadpool and Azerath - I think the latter's only released in Australia, so I doubt you've heard of it. But it's good anyway.
Ah, Dog Soldiers. Great movie, though I haven't seen The Descent or that third movie you mentioned.
And what do you mean it's as dark as it gets? They turn the lights off in the cinema for all movies, Hazgarn. Or was it just that the film itself was really dark? Hmm. I prefer being able to see what's happening, personally...
Ah, Supernatural and Heroes. Long since fallen behind on Supernatural, and doubt I'll ever catch up, but Heroes is just pure awesomeness. Speaking of which, if my sources are correct, then it should be starting up again in about a dozen days.
What's this about a pie? I don't see any pie...
...time to get to work. *fastens head-band*
Oh, and by "work", I mean, find out about the basic ingredients from somewhere, then guess the measurements and method by making something on a smaller scale until I have the full recipe both figured out and mastered (yay for level-grinding!), upon which I multiply the ingredients, and some portions of the method, until I have the appropriate multiple for the amount required.
Hey, it worked for pancakes... and milkshakes... and coffee... and tea. Yes, that's right, every recipe I know, I guessed. _________________

I don't read much that comes out of Marvel, but I've heard good things about Cable/Deadpool. Deadpool in particular always sparked my interest, but I never really got a chance to read any of that comic. I think I've heard of Azerath, but only heard.
Most of what I read are from the DCs Vertigo line (Sandman, Hellblazer, Fables, Lucifer), which I think are just the very best, though I may be biased. They're easy to come by because libraries like them for their high-art, literary feel, so reading them doesn't require a lot of cashy money.

It's dark as in it's grim and...grim. And also it takes place in a cave. You can see what's going on, but the way it's shot, when you're in the theater you almost feel like you're in the cave too. It's very engrossing. And just gross period.

Shame about falling behind. I hate when that happens. But yeah, looking forward to new seasons of both pretty soon.
That's what I want to know! [/quote]Well, here's what I could throw together... too bad it's impossible to actually get it to you, or anyone. I don't think they've figured out the technology to transform physical objects, such as pies, into digital information which can be uploaded to online forums. I even tried shoving a slice in through the USB port. (Hardly "universal"... stupid false advertising.) Annoying, but there you have it. And it'd be bad and stale and stuff by the time I could mail it to you, especially since that poor postman would be running all across the country - no, the world - for weeks in a best-case scenario, as I only have an online nickname when it comes to such details. _________________
