Here is the thread to generally discuss the comic strip, Captain Gamer: OOC. The comic is better known as a Bob and George fancomic, but I can imagine that OOC as a Bob and George fancomic is a different discussion than OOC as a GamerHang feature. _________________
Cute, and very well done art and positioning. OCC is probably one of the best sprite comics online because you add all these angles and the likes (or try to, when possible).
Talking pokeballs would come in handy, for baiting pokemon and such...sounds like something EVILE! Like Team Rocket EVILE! XD

If you can't tell, it's the Voltorb you get in Olivine City by trading a Krabby, all grown up! But Captain, you ask, isn't that Voltorb's name Volty? My answer is: Yes. I hacked in a different nickname, because I was silly like that all the way back when. No such thing in my Generation III games onward, scout's honor!
2) Either A) he can project his voice with such speed that it can reach a new location and make it seem like the point of origin to the human ear or B) he's the gosh-darned Speedy the Voltorb, that's why! _________________

No, Speedy can move so fast, that he switches places with the pokeball in an instant, then switches back in half an instant. So it APPEARS that he's throwing his voice, when actually, he's just moving to dang fast to see XD.
