Okay, like how we wonder what might be Realized, one must keep in mind what might NOT be.
As mentioned in Captain Gamer: Digital Defender, Master Chief won't be Realized, at least not for a looooooooooong time.
Yes, I know that Halo weapons are in the comic, but it is OOC; it does not really have an effect on the story, its a look at what might be in the future of our beloved hero.
Also, there is Grand Theft Auto. No one in their right mind would - with a good heart - unleash another street-gang or a mafia guy on the world. I mean, in GTA, you can pick up a rocket launcher and blow up cars. You can steal TANKS! You can take bats and beat up innocent passerbys, wait for the paramedics, beat THEM up, and then swipe their vehicle.
So think about it...
Who might not be taken from their games and given an existence in the real world? _________________
Tetris blocks. You could try building with them, but they'd have to be buildings with holes in them or dissapearing ones.
Also, The Sims. That would be too boring to realize. Probably not very many RTS games in general. Strategy RPG characters, perhaps. _________________ <Alriik> *changes the channel*

Yeah, a lot of strategy RTS games wouldn't, or MMOs. If they had their own world, maybe, and even then its pretty doubtful. I mean, sure, some people might think the Warhammer 40K stuff is really cool. But actually realizing that sort of stuff, theres not many places it can go.
I would be doubtful about some others being created by IDR, simply because of what the rest of that persons world is like. Pretty much anything thats very violent, post apocalyptic, various Anti-Heroes...I'm sadly aware that the chances for Legacy of Kain stuff to show up are really slim. xP _________________ Ortus Denicalis

None of the Army Men games will be realized. I just can't see what the world would do with little, moving, gun wielding, plastic green and tan figures.
Any game with custom characters will not be realized, e.g. Morrowind. Probably not even most Final Fantasy games. (Maybe FF IIV...) but anything with a lot of room for customization won't be made, at least, that's what I think. _________________ Apparantly, I'm like, off the vilg RESERVATION. Based on the Professor's stand on creating weapons, I don't think any RTS games will be Realized. No matter the genre otherwise, they're all focussed on war.
In that vein, the IDR probably won't Realize any FPS or 3PS, either. Shooter games mean weapons, and we've already seen the Professor's stance on this as being as such:
But they'll get realized in the end anyway, it seems. Or at least Halo will. Maybe by the Untold Villain....because Czar gets the Needler in OOC.
...What about horror genre games? Even those without untold amounts of gore and guns. I have one in mind....but I cant remember the details of it....
I mean, what about Resident Evil? Having any charactors from those would almost be asking for a zombie invasion <.<

Then again, there is the case of Kirby, where he was actually Realized after his nemesis, because of the way that nemesis was affecting the world's sleeping patterns. So, one possible (if unlikely) situation could be a zombie invasion coming out of nowhere, and the IDR Realizing Chris, Jill and the gang to stop it.

Because 7 is, in my experience, the best-known and most celebrated of the games, I'm guessing.

Who wouldn't want to see Cloud Strife pop up, and then Sephiroth pops up, and then the Captain pops up to help fight him, and then he establishes a link with Cloud (God only knows how you'd get through to that guy), and gets Omnislash, and then they both Omnislash at once, and then Sephiroth goes "I'm die!"?

Another possibility for why 7 and no other is because Constable Gamer was listed in the Gamer Games as having one of Yuffie's limit breaks as a Game Card. Hmm... while it's likely that's non-canon, ignoring that for a moment and following that train of thinking leads to the interesting possibilities of Darkstalkers and Shantae being Realized... _________________

Yes, but that guy could've had a string of bad dreams weeks before anyone else did. Anybody could've been having sleeping trouble before the whole lack of sleep epidemic came about, so we still dont know if Kirby or the insomnia plauge came first.
