(Kail's Exploits, Day 3 Part 2)
<Warning, may contain bloody dismemberment(Though not much). Reader Discresion is Advised>

Kail had jumped to his feet the moment the bandit had let him down. He would've ran, but that felt too cliche. Instead he ducked into a bush. His small body easily concealed. He watched as the bandit began walking into the forest with -HIS- sword. "Bastard. Treating me like a fecking little kid. Stupid fecking body..Stupid fecking shortness." He let out a growl to himself, keeping a close eye on the bandit.

The bandit slowly moved through the forest it's tail wagging cautiously behind him. His gaze moved about the forest, eyeing any sound he heard. "Damn feckin' kids. Think it's all fun'n games till some'n gits hurt. Well, th'lil kid's th'one gittin' hurt this time. Tailless lil'fecker. He ain't gunna git far, I know this." the bandit whispered to himself, keeping his gaze ever so alert.

Kail followed quietly behind, watching the bandit very close. He began moving in closer, only to catch his pantleg again. Falling face forward. "DAMN IT!" He growled, "Stupid freaking body!"

The bandit quickly looked behind him, with a dark grin on his face. "There y'are, kid. Com'ere, I got some sweets'n'stuff fer y't'enjoy." the bandit said, in a quiet, calm voice. As if it would actually work.

Kail just rolled his eyes, as he stood up. "You think I'm that stupid? Come on." Kail quickly shifted his face. "I'm the one here to kill you." he said in as dark a voice as he could muster with his child-like voice.

The gir jumped back, eyeing Kail's shifted face. "Th'feck?!" was all the gir could say. As Kail casually moved forward bearing his fangs, "You think I'm just some random kid lost in a forest?" He said, "I'm lost, yeah, but not the point. I'm hungry. You took my amulet. And you tried to kill me. Now, guess what happens?" Kail smiled darkly, moving in closer.

"You..What are you?! No gir can do tha' nor can'a Kxar. You ain't no god..Are you?" the gir asked, slowly backing up as Kail moved forward.

"A god? Please. Don't insult me like that. I'm just here to kill you." Kail said, charging toward the gir.

The gir stared at Kail a moment, confused. As Kail continued to run at him. He jumped back, drawing the sword from it's sheath. And holding it out, as if to impale the boy running toward him.

Kail saw the blade, and dropped to the ground as he ran. Sliding under the bandit's legs, and gripping the gir's tail. Pulling him down.

The gir let out a growl, as he watched Kail slide under his legs, he went to turn just as Kail gripped his tail. Only to yelp in pain there after.

Kail tugged tightly, pulling the gir to the ground(Or at least trying too). Only to fly to the side as the gir turned around. He dug his claws into the tail, as to not go flying. But not quick enough, he was sent flying into a tree. Breaking some of the bark off. Kail let out a loud grunt, as he made contact, falling to the ground.

"Feckin' kid!" The gir screamed, as Kail hit the tree. "I ain't care what th'feckin 'ell you are. Y'fecked up m'tail!" The gir charged toward Kail's position.

Kail slowly moved to his feet, rubbing his head with a growl. He looked toward the gir who was now charging toward him. Kail just stood there, rubbing his head before remembering somthing. The cow from days before. He grinned a moment, before shaking his head slightly.

"Friggin cow..Took the fun out..But oh well." He looked up at the gir, raising a hand. "For Pony!"

....Nothing happened.

"Crap..Um..Hmm..For Narnia!!" Suddenly, five trees around him including the one that he just hit up-rooted, and began to rise in mid-air about a foot. Then spun around, one of the roots hitting him in the back of the head. "Ow! Damn it!"

The gir stared at Kail, then at the trees, "WHAT THE FECKIN' 'ELL!?!?!!?!"

Kail grumbled to himself as the trees slowly retreated back into the ground, the one root smacking him over the head once more as it settles. "OW! God Damn it! I didn't want that to happen anyway! I was leaning more toward, boiling his innards with fish..Oh well..Guess that'll do..Even if it didn't do a damn thing.."

The gir just stared, in awe, and possibly fear. Dropping Kail's sword, it spoke "Damn..kid..y'sure y'ain't no god? I mean damn...Ain't knew y'was some sorta magical fairy'er somtin' like tha'.."

Kail let out a dark growl, moving his gaze toward the gir. "Do..I -LOOK- like a FREAKING FAIRY!?!?!?!!?!?!" he snapped, moving toward the gir. "No..y'dun' but....Look kid..I'm sorry..y'know..I.." The gir stuttered, as Kail advanced toward it.

"I'm not a kid, either." Kail kept his bloodthirsty gaze locked on the gir, his crimson-gold eyes glinting within the dimly lit forest, his expression turning into a dark grin.

"If'n..yer not..a fairy...or a kid...then..then what are you?" the gir asked, stuttering as he continued to move backwards.

"I'm..." Kail paused a moment, looking down at himself and at his claws clenching them into fists, before grinning. "I'm..many things..A monster..a murderer...I'm, everything you fear. Your nightmares, your hatred. The dark of the night. The hungerer of humans. The frenzy feeder. Death Incarnate." He raises his crazed expression. "And, I'm going to kill you. With my bare hands."

The gir didn't have time to respond, as Kail charged toward him, leaping into the air like a cat and landing right on top of the gir. Raking his claws across it's face, before gripping it's head by it's hair and sinking his fangs into it's neck.

"Don't worry," Kail started, moving his head away from the gir's neck for a second "It'll only hurt alot." Before sinking his fangs back into the gir's neck sucking the blood from it. He bit down hard, squeezing the gir's back to force the blood to flow out faster.

Though the blood was thin, and tastless, it didn't matter to Kail. He was hungry. He soon finished, trying to drain more before pulling away, he licked the blood that dribbled slightly down his lips, and stood up.

He retrieved his sword from the ground, taking it by the hilt with a bit of uneven grace. Drawing it from the sheath, and moving back to the body. With a deft swing, he sliced the gir's head off. Pulling it over his hand, like a puppet.

"Lookit me, I'ma feckin' tailed ijit who thinks he's better then a murderous vampire." he made the head say, with a fake sounding accent. Kail grinned, pulling his sword over his shoulder and moving back toward the bandit camp.

(Tune in next time, for the conclusion of this single scene. Will Kail survive his assualt on the camp? Or will he lose pitifully? Find out next time in another bloody post of Kail's Exploits! >.> <.<)

((OOC: Sorry if i made anyone wait, complications arose and I couldn't post sunday.))

“Uh, I’m sorry to be so informal but I seem to be a bit lost. . .” Jack had yet to notice the onlookers to his slightly uncomfortable conversation. Jack takes a few steps out from the drift wood he originally had planed on hiding behind, but not before hiding his gun.

As he stepped out behind the drift wood Jack was instantly worried. Instead of the one eye patched man (which Jack thought was entirely strange in this day and age to see an eye patch), he saw the one who was called captain by the man Jack has now nick named Mr. Patch, and a man who, to Jack’s surprise was a half-man half-cat!
“W, wa, what is going on here?!” Jack trying to keep calm and collect, which is easier than he thought, it seems years and years of near death experience seem to dull his surprise at meeting a real life cat-man. “What are you?” Jack asks the cat-man, turning and looking at him, trying his best to determine if it is a costume or if it’s the real deal.

Most people would be shocked into hysterics, or surprised into speechlessness, but not Jack. Jack has since young childhood always been excepting of the world he perceives. He didn’t necessarily believe in superstitions or in god or anything like that, but if he were to feel, see, taste, smell, hear ether one, he would accept it pretty easily.

Without even letting the cat-man answer the first question, the hit-man asks another, “Alright more importantly where the hell am I?”

At first I had ignored the other fallen light, feeling that asking Avvy about the whole thing was more important. But as he came towards our group I couldn't help but at least get a good look at him. It was another bare-skinned man, older than the other fallen light, Lieutenant Gamer, and wearing a suit. I only got one good look at him before he noticed me, and suprise played across his face.

“W, wa, what is going on here?! What are you?”

It was...somewhat of an odd question. It was quite obvious what I was, what wasn't obvious was what race the bare-skinned men were. We didn't exaclty have an equivlent on my planet...I had just taken Captain's...what was it called again...'human'? Well, I had taken this 'human' descriptive as a label for the race and forgotten the whole thing. But, politely as I could in my puzzled state, I answered his question.

"What...am I? Well, I'm mostly cat, but I'm a small part rabbit, on my mothers side. Um, and you're 'human' correct?" But, he didnt seem to care anymore, moving on to the next question for our group about where we were.

Right then I felt a twinge of annoyance at this new human. It's just rude to ask question and not wait for the answer! Especially a personal one like that...This new person wasnt getting off on a good note at all...

Zak honestly hadn't taken much notice of the other people around, but now the formal-suited man's reaction to one of them drew his curiosity, especially after the 'mostly cat' comment.

He looked around, and found himself wondering why he hadn't noticed them before. Alright... we seem to have a bipedal cat over here, some... short, purple-skinned guy over here, and over here... a redhead in a cloak. Looks like pretty extravagant clothes, either a Ren-faire thing or a fantasy setting. Heck, depending on where we are, he might be the most normal one out of all of us. Speaking of which... where are we?

...ok, seems like that question's already being asked out loud, by... er... this guy. I'll call him Suit Guy, for the sake of simplicity. Well, it'd be plain redundant to ask the same question again, so... let's see if he gets an answer.

Zak swallowed. That, plus, with the Captain glaring at me like that, I'm not sure if I'd be able to talk anyway -- ah, who am I kidding, this is me we're talking about. Of course I would.

A cat with a little rabbit mixed in! Jack thought as the male cat man related part of his family history and ended with what seemed to be a rhetorical question. Okay there’s a couple of possibilities, the wormhole could have transported me to some kind of convention where the people all dress up (but that cat-man seemed to answer almost like he WAS a cat-man) or, as improbable as it is, this is another universe. Both thoughts were incredibly improbable but Jack found himself unable to think of anything else.

After a few moments of waiting for an answer to his second question he knew he wasn’t going to get a straight answer. Looking at the few people (I think that’s what they are, Jack thought to himself) gathered around, it seemed like no one else knew where they were either. Taking another moment to scan the ones around him he realized that the cat-man returned his look with mild disdain. I guess I should apologize first huh.

Jack turned back to the cat-man to utter an apology, “I’m sorry, I can see I offended you in some way, that’s a horrible way to start off.” Extending his hand Jack also said, “My name is Jack, and since it seems none of us know where we are, we really should be friends while we try and find our way home.” While Jack was first to propose that they try and find their way home, though as indirectly as it was, he was unsure if he wanted to go home.

There is nothing for me at home, except for a job as a killer I can’t quit. . . Jack’s features unintentionally obviously darkened as he thought about his empty existence, but the second he recognized it, he change back to his usual neutral look resumed it’s place upon hi face.

If nothing else I need to regain my guard and keep it up, I’m out off ammunition, and while I do have a lot of training in unarmed combat and some training with a sword, I’m pretty rusty, it wouldn’t be to hard to kill me in this situation. . .

Nobody responded to the suited man's question, not even Avvy. I know didnt because this man had offended me and because I wasnt entirely sure where we were either. So, we stood in silence aqwardly, until the suited man looked at me again. I suppose he saw my expression, because he came up to me and said, “I’m sorry, I can see I offended you in some way, that’s a horrible way to start off.” He held out his hand in offering, “My name is Jack, and since it seems none of us know where we are, we really should be friends while we try and find our way home.”

I hesitated a bit, I had suspicions about this man, still struck me as a bit...odd....odder than usual, really. It was just the things he said. They seemed a little too...knowing...or something like that. I also didnt like the way his expressions seemed to flicker, like he was hiding his true emotions. But as he held his hand before me, I felt that it would simply be rude to refuse this man's hope for friendship and knowledge. I took his hand firmly, betraying my suspicious thoughts.

"My name is Penn. And though I'm not entierly sure as to where we are, I do know why you're here." It was obvious to me. They had fallen out of the sky, just as we had, there was only one explaination. "You've been chosen from your world to...um, well, I'm not exactly why they're chosen, actually...." I felt my face grow warm. I really didnt know much did I? "Well, the thing is, you've been chosen by this world's gods and given special powers to just....well, do stuff I suppose." Hastily, I added, "But we are trying to find our way home! We have to find three relics...and um...right Captain? Avvy?" I looked at them in embarassment. I thought I knew more about this stuff from the prophecy about us...but on second thoughts all it had said was that we were chosen by the gods...and some other stuff about the powers and choices...

When the cat-man started speaking, Zak at first listened intently, and then he winced. "Chosen by the gods? And how did you all get together, then, meet in a tavern or something?"

He sighed. Better to get on with the task at hand than to dwell on how cliche the mechanism to bring everyone here had been. "Actually, don't answer that. Why relics? Did the 'gods' tell you to fetch them? Some rumour or legend point you in their direction? What's important about the relics?"

Sujeong looked up to the blue sky, Like a sea exepct above instead of below. "I wonder if I can fly.." She said to herself. She tried to use her wings to soar in the air, however, they only lifted her a feet off the ground. "My wings..." A single tear drop fell to the sandy ground. Crippled, In her sense, Forever or until she got off this accursed island. "Got to start somewhere..." Sujeong began to shout and run everywhere, Trying to find the smallest evidence of humanity...

Zak found himself interrupted by a loud, very nearby scream. Seeming to ignore the fact he was waiting for some answers, he whipped around and headed back in the direction he heard the shout, the direction he himself had come.

There, he found a woman, running around in every direction. He didn't really notice what she looked like; what caught his attention more were the white wings on her back. Wow. Seems like normal humans are a bit of a minority around here...

"Hello!" He called out, and stopped in front of her. "Are you alright? What's wrong?"

~Emblem Bearers~
"And you, lost bird... Your existence has been sorrowful. However, I can still provide you with means of return..."

Bianca had been suffering some ill effects from resurrection at the hands of Nezarl. Not that he intended the negative reaction, but it had taken her some time to recover from the sudden return to mortal flesh. But this slight discomfort was over in a matter of seconds.

She waited for the unfamiliar entity to speak again, she owed him that at the very least. He did, after all, help her.

The swan frowned after hearing the tidbit of Nezarl's past and the reason for the mysterious displacement of her and the others. So she had been pulled from her world on purpose. That it, from what Nezarl had said, was for fun; that it was some sick game... This turned her scowl into a grimace.

Bianca continued to listen as he explained his request, but... She did not wish to kill the other dimensionally-misplaced people. ... That vampire, perhaps, but not the others. That blood sucking creep... she would sink her talons into him if she got the chance!

She watched as the other two in the room received amulets, but when the 'god' (she was having trouble grasping that he was a deity; very powerful mage perhaps, but a god?) looked at her and spoke, she simply nodded.

When the unfamiliar human (well, it looked like a human, but she smelled of oil and metal; this threw Bianca off) questioned whether Nezarl had villainous intentions, that got her thinking as well.

But the thing with 'falling lights'... That was what the old man in that little village had said he had seen. Falling lights... Jewels of Light! She hoped that more people hadn't been abducted from their worlds, too!

She wondered what he meant by 'one who bears his power'... Surely this meant her or one of the other two, but what if... Oh Jewels! What if that damn vampire had that power?! That would be baaaaaaad...

Bianca Byrd had been silent the whole time because this was a lot to take in... She finally spoke up.

"Don't you know of their location, at least a rough estimate? That would help immensely."
