... And now for something that needs to see the light of day before somebody else comes up with it.

Over at the edge of Hyrule Temple, a standoff of wills ensued. Specifically, Captain Falcon stood, representative of the higher tiers, and Link stood, precariously with his back to the near wall of the stage, of the lower tiers.
"A time of re-prioritizing is coming." Link concludes of his long and ominous warning. "The tides of the lower tiers will descend upon the upper-tier army. For far too long has only speed or disjointed hitboxes mattered. Do you not agree that it goes against the grain of the game that only so few characters can win with only so few strategies? Difference in skill is one thing, but why do you doom those whose preferences differ from what you represent?"
Falcon was unfazed by Link's rhetoric. "You threaten my people with massive reform only three months before a new installment can change it all?"
At this point Link had had enough and yelled, "This is alienation! This is madness!"
"Madness?" repeated Falcon with a mixture of amusement and being appalled. He cast a look backward. Peach was mussing with her hair, meaning she knew what was coming up and approved. Falcon turned back to Link.
"THIS! IS! MELEE!!!"
Captain Falcon quickly short-hopped into Link and immediately thrust his knee forward. With a loud WHOP! Link's body surged with electricity and the Hylian was sent directly into the near wall where a questionable fate took his stock, only marked with a burst of light.
For those of you who don't know/remember, last year Ramsoomair held a contest to make a holiday (not necessarily themed) guest comic using pre-made character graphics he made available for download and editing.
I think you can tell what I was going for with what's there, and I was raring with a bunch of ideas. Unfortunately, once I ran through that bunch, as represented by the filled panels, No more came to mind no matter how much I tried. _________________

Thinking about the blank places though, kinda trying to come up with a few things that could work for them. Hmm, for 4, the 4 wind shrines of FF5 and 4 Temples of Majoras Mask come to mind...or just the cardinal directions of the map compass/D-pad. 8 would work instead for one of those though, if including the secondary ones.
7 could be the number of video game console generations (according to wikipedia). Or the number of Sages in Ocarina of Time.
And any high number you had trouble filling in after doing the rest could be the number of different people named Zelda. Then the pair would argue over it. Its ambiguous enough. 6 for...sixaxis? *shrug*
